I think season 2 of Dexter was still VERY good but obviously nowhere near as amazing as its inital first season which is to be expected. This can't be an easy show to write for in the slightest.
The death in this episode didn't shock me b/c that was the only way out of the entire mess created.
I think they need to maybe find another character to add to the mix for season 3 maybe to spice things back up @ Miami Metro PD.
Heroes would have been a little better if Hiro's jump to the past was MORE exciting. It did let us meet Adam Monroe for the first time....for some reason I thought he was also Peter's invisible friend but that definitely was a different actor. I think Heroes is a good show and entertaining.
It's formula is to have A LOT going on and then to wind that all down to one big finish.
I don't think Heroes will ever be as deep as LOST but it's still fun!
Speaking of LOST, it's slated to come back on Jan. 31st (hopefully that day or february - not april..please don't make us wait til april!!!) and move to Thursdays in the Grey's Anatomy slot. We will all be waiting...
It's cool to want to watch both the island story AND now flash forwards...many of the flashbacks were getting a little tame. Nice job Darlton!
On a side note, I went to see THERE WILL BE BLOOD. Awesome movie due to Mr. Daniel Day-Lewis of course. I met the man and he is extremely nice. You can't imagine from meeting him that he would ever hurt a single fly...but ON SCREEN, it's a whole new ballgame!
Anyone else think that having SETH GREEN on grey's anatomy seemed like a kind of waste.
I mean his story was very small and short. I wonder if Joshua Jackson was going to be a regular new doctor on the show....well the strike changed everyone's plans.
Speaking of the strike, all the late night shows plus Colbert/Daily Show were thinking of all coming back on the air at the same time even though the strike is still ongoing. If they come back, maybe they can focus on helping the writer's!!!

A new tidbit of casting news as the actress that plays Denis Leary's wife (Andrea Roth) has
been snagged to play a top secret character in a recurring role in season 4 of Lost!!
I miss Lost...we all do!
Here's the full scoop:
L O S T
Lance Reddick courtesy HBO
Lost has found more new blood.
Sources confirm that The Wire's Lance Reddick has been cast in the recurring role of Arthur Stevens, the intimidating corporate-recruiter character. Reddick also had a lengthy arc on HBO's Oz, where he starred opposite returning Lostie Harold Perrineau.
This comes on the heels of another key piece of Lost casting: the addition of Sopranos scene-stealer Ken Leung. However, the specifics of his character remain shrouded in mystery. Rumors had him playing a brilliant mathematician named Russell, but now there's buzz that he's coming on in a top-secret role that no one (save for Darlton) knows anything about. Feel free to get some speculation going in the comments section below. Also, what do you think of Reddick's casting? Thumbs up? Thumbs down? Thumbs sideways?
Also:
On "Lost," from ABC Studios, Jeremy Davies will play one of the freighters. The actor, who most recently appeared in "Rescue Dawn," recently signed with the Gersh Agency. He additionally is repped by Untitled Entertainment and attorney Karl Austen.
Jeremy Davies all dressed up..but will be dressing down on his trip to Hawaii's Set for LOST!!!
LOST is really piling on the actors....hopefully this season will kick some butt!!!
Uncle Junior's poker buddy just hit the jackpot.
Ken Leung — whose memorable turn as Uncle Junior's mentally unstable protégé on The Sopranos last season turned many a head in Hollywood (mine included) — is joining the cast of Lost next season, sources confirm to me exclusively.
The rumor is that Leung will be playing the recurring role of Russell*, a brilliant mathematician who is capable of great insights and has a tremendous knowledge across various scientific fields. He's expected to first turn up in February's season premiere.
Non-Sopranos fans may know Leung from his role as Kid Omega in Brett Ratner's franchise killer, X-Men: The Last Stand.
* May not be the character's real name.

VS

The two biggest finales of this season were by far these two! I did enjoy both but like any show with so much hype, I had some letdown.
I won't comment too much about the finale of THE SOPRANOS in case people have yet to watch it. I understand and am not surprised by what David Chase did. It just bugs me because it feels like at any time the show can be revisited. Others might feel like it can't and maybe it wouldn't because it doesn't have much else left to say.
LOST had more shocking elements in its finale. SOPRANOS had all this tension built up from the previous episode/how it ends with Tony waiting and not to mention it being the last episode 'ever'...and it kind of doesn't let the hype take it over. From an artistic point of view, David Chase lets us know that he was and always will be the one in control. He definitely tries hard to toy and tease with the audience that works but gets to be frustrating as well. People wanted more of a definitive end for this show but I have no doubt Chase feels like he has provided the perfect and most definitive ending to fit the show. The show was about family (well two families) and
that's how he kept it to the bitter(?!) end!
SOPRANOS might be gone but LOST still has 3 seasons left and waiting 8 months between seasons is tough...but in fairness we had to wait sometimes almost a year or more for each SOPRANOS return!!
SOPRANOS : Fuhgeddaboutit !!!
**** Now it will be interesting to see how individual careers go from this point....since they are all so much engrained as these characters...****
Who will have the toughest time and who will be in everything under the sun??
Thoughts or comments?!?
Gandolfini made it sound like there are so many 'other' opportunities out there for him...well now he has his chance to show us!!
At Comic-Con, Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse announced that the Libby (Cynthia Watros) story line would be revisited. They nor has anyone else confirmed that the actual actress would without a doubt be appearing this season. One has to guess she would show up but this is LOST!!! Flash FORWARD ! ! !
In order to use adsense, you need at least ONE website for Google to approve. You might be thinking...HEY I DON'T HAVE MY OWN WEBSITE?!? Well you can make a free blog just like the one you're reading right now to get started. I suggest using
Blogger because it is easy, popular and connects directly to Google AND adsense!
I have a lot of links posted on the right column and all the way at the bottom you will find a list of ALL my blogger blogs. Feel free to check them out to get some ideas for your own blog. If made well, has useful content, is updated, and receives traffic - there is no reason that BLOGS can't be a GREAT source for adsense income!!
You might be thinking...I have NOTHING to blog about or what do I blog about?!?
The beauty of most blog pages including blogger.com is that you can have an unlimited number of blogs EACH with adsense on them!! There are people who have hundreds or even maybe thousands of blog pages! It is better to have quality over quantity though...I would even admit that some of my blogs need to be better and updated more regularly! Just create a blog using a good name (KEYWORDS) based solely on your topic. Either create a blog dedicated to ONE TOPIC which will center all the ads to ONE THING (i.e.,
LOST) or go nuts writing about your own life and thoughts (i.e.,
Actor's Thoughts)!
